You may use Operyn only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the data you submit and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and your own policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or third-party systems. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Liability

Operyn is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or for operational or legal reasons, with notice where practicable.
